Extracting the files:

• Production data File - Step 3
• Event Data File - Step 5
• Parameter List - Step 8

Instructions:

1. Connect your smart device (Smartphone, laptop, etc.) to the inverter WebUI (instructions can be found in the eManual).
2. Log onto the inverter. If you do not know the password, contact the original installer or SMA Service for a PUK.
3. For the Production Data File navigate to Data from the top menu and select Five-minute values from the drop down list. Adjust the date period as required.
4. Click on Export Data.
   
5. For extracting the Event Data File navigate to Events from the top menu and select Information, Warning, and Error. Adjust the date period as required.
6. Click on Export events.
   
7. Click on Filtered events (or All events) and then Export events.
   
8. For extracting the Parameter List of the inverter navigate to Device Parameters from the top menu.
9. Click on Export all parameters
   

The production data, event data and parameters list are now available in your Downloads folder.

If you are downloading these files to support your warranty case, please attach these downloaded files to your case in the Online Service Centre for getting an efficient solution from SMA Service.
